- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪If you're looking for an arrogant, rude and bad-mannered pharmacist, this is the right place for you. Every time I've used this establishment in the past, the huffing from behind the counter and intense sarcasm becomes more and more obvious. The lead pharmacist (Aaron), can be described in a few words, not many of which are suitable for a public post. Upon a recent visit on which I had severe sinusitis and was really suffering, he tutted audibly when I asked if you needed a prescription for some nasal spray I'd been advised to use, and when I asked for the best alternative he stated: "you're wasting my time, what does it matter?". What made matters worse, is that his young assistant looked positively uncomfortable. Perhaps this imbecile should take some manners advice from his much more pleasant colleagues. (Alternative pharmacys available in Hornchurch, 2 minute drive away and are much more helpful).
