- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Very bad first impression. Booked in advance for a check up & hygienist. Paid for in advance, which I thought was odd. I haven't been to a dentist for a long time, as I really don't like them. They asked me to reschedule as the dentist is no longer available, even though I have already paid in full. I couldn't reschedule due to work commitments so asked for a refund, was told I couldn't have a refund until the manager is back in 4 days! pressed the issue, & was told the owner, Dr Aria would call me the next day, but they only do cheques for a refund! So today, Dr Aria called me, told me the same, I asked for an electronic refund, as I had paid electronically, he then shouted at me in a very aggressive manner & spoke over me continuously, I had to ask him to stop doing that, finally explained my case & eventually he reluctantly agreed to let me have an electronic refund.. my anxiety for dentists has now increased & is safe to say I now hate this one. Dr Aria has no customer skills. both receptionists I spoke to seem nice though, maybe he could learn a thing or 2 from them..by Kerry ChurchAugust 27, 2017
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪A very welcoming dental practice, the reception staff are pleasant and soon put you at ease. The dentist (Hammi) I saw was really very professional and caring, she put me at ease and went on to make a diagnosis and sought a second opinion from a senior member of staff all on my first appointment. She has followed my case over the last 8 months and referred me to the appropriate dental hospital for treatment. The hygienist is also very caring and professional and works with Hammi to make sure that I get the best possible treatment for my gum condition. I would certainly recommend this dental practice for their excellent dentists and hygienist. I would not hesitate to give them 5 stars.by Barbara WrightJune 11, 2017
